Dealer program

To become an authorized dealer of "L-PRO" you have to make a contract setting out the following obligations of the parties:

"L-PRO" shall undertake:

• to secure availability of the most popular articles;
• to quote special exclusive prices that guarantee competitiveness of L-PRO products in relevant market segments;
• to provide to the dealer a warranty for all L-PRO products;
• to provide technical assistance to the dealer’s employees;
• to provide essential sales equipment and promotional materials to efficiently promote L-PRO products;
• to sponsor marketing and promotion campaigns of the dealer;
• to give to the dealer a credit against L-PRO products.

The dealer shall undertake:

• to regularly place orders with "L-PRO" across the entire range of L-PRO products;
• upon expiration of a 3 month’ time from the day of a first delivery under this agreement to come to a targeted monthly sales of L-PRO products;
• to perform functions of a regional office and a service center of L-PRO.

Upon expiration of a 3 month’s time in case of successful fulfillment of the obligations the dealer is accorder the status of an AUTHORIZED PARTNER of "L-PRO" that guarantee further privileges in respect of L-PRO products.

Program for "L-PRO" dealer network

The dealer program provides the following:

Dealer status is accorded to a customer with quarterly purchases of L-PRO products amounting to 5 000 reference units (r. u.)

• 5 000 r. u. – 15 000 r.u. – SILVER;
• 15 000 r. u. – 25 000 r. u. – GOLD;
• from 25 000 r. u. – PLATINUM.

Also on a quarterly basis in case a dealer purchases L-PRO products for to no less than 5 000 r. u. he/she will be credited with:

• • 2% of the purchases – a marketing fund to spend on promotional merchandize with the following quarter. As soon as the quarter ends the fund becomes zero.

Interest is charged on the 10-th day of the first month of the following quarter.
